👋 Hi! Looking for someone to rent my place from early/mid July until end of August as I'm moving to Wales over the summer. Perfect for anybody wanting a short stay in London. The room is in a shared flat, but there will only be one other Malaysian guy here.
🛏️ Large double bed, a wardrobe, two cabinets and lots of space. Built in ceiling fan in the room for hot summer days and good natural sunlight at workdesk (with a sunset view of the Shard too!)
🚇 It's a seven minute walk away from Shadwell station (DLR / Overground) and it takes you only 30 minutes (including walking) to get into places in Central London like Chancery Lane / Holborn! Recommended for people who need to go to Central London often.
💷 Rent is 850 per month - we can also calculate by week 🙂 Tax exempted as we are all students
🎨 Very near to Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Brick Lane etc. with direct trains to Hoxton, Haggerston so you can experience the 'hip' side of East London on weekends. Near to Whitechapel if you ever need a briyani / halal food fix too. Local stores near the apartment mostly sell halal food and groceries as well.
