This would be perfect for KCL or LSE students, with direct short bus route to campus, or 45-minute walk along the river, but we are open to anyone who think this listing is right for them. Great price for the size and location of house, as we have lived here for a year, and have gained a relationship with the landlord.

About us:
- Two students in early 20s studying at King’s College London (will be third year from September)
- We keep the house organised, with respect to other housemates, and are friendly and sociable people
- Joe is studying nursing and Isabel is studying Philosophy
