Hi everyone,

I am moving out in mid/end April and need someone to take over my contract. The contract is valid until December 2027.

The room comes furnished and is really big and bright. Your window is facing west and you will have lots of natural light.

Hot water and gas are being paid by landlord.
Water is ca. £20 per month, internet £9.33 and electricity £22.66. Council tax is £52 (all per month).
I truly love my room and the area but as I am moving back home I sadly have to leave.
I am planning to leave around 17-19th of April.

For this rent, bills and the area - the room is an absolute bargain.
Would suit a male as the current tenants are male. If you’re from south east Asia that might even be a better match as current tenants are from Sri Lanka.
