I’ve loved living in this flat, but since I’ve moved in with my boyfriend I’m looking for someone else who’d like to take this great room. The girls in the flat are so lovely and really made me feel at home ☺️

The room is a spacious double with beautiful views over Southwark park. It has a LOT of storage with 3 full-sized built-in wardrobes and under bed storage. It comes furnished with double bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobes and full-length mirror.

The flat has two bathrooms shared between three tenants (one with shower, toilet and sink; one with toilet and sink). One of the other rooms has an en suite. The open-plan kitchen and living room area is large and well equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, and sofa and TV (licence fee included). There is plenty of storage space and a balcony overlooking the park.

The flat is currently occupied by three lovely, friendly and relaxed girls who would like another female flatmate. Two of them are professionals and one is a student.

A cleaner visits the property every two weeks - this is the only expense not included in the rent, £17 per flatmate per month.
