I’m renting out my small, fully furnished 1-bedroom flat for a minimum of one month, between 13 November and 3 January. The dates are flexible within this period, although my preference would be a four-week stay starting around 13 November - 23 November.

Rent: £1,300 (negotiable)

Deposit: Negotiable (refunded on the same day the keys are returned).

Location: Just 3 minutes from Aldgate East Station.

The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift). The room is approximately 16 sqm and includes a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair (comfortable for working from home), a chest of drawers, a bedside table, two additional side tables, a bookshelf and built-in shelving.

The flat also has a small private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen, located next door, is small but fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. My next-door neighbour is a quiet professional.

The flat is on a side street, so it is generally quiet at night. It is also very bright, with two windows.

All bills and high-speed internet are included in the rent. I will empty and prepare the flat before moving out.

No smoking, parties or pets. Single occupancy preferred.
