Hey everyone - we’re looking for a new addition to the flat after our long term flatmate Olly sadly moved out to live with his girlfriend.

About us:
I’m Callum (28) and live with Dylan (30). I work in the golf industry and Dylan works in tech recruitment. We’re both big sports fans and love our music and food.

We’re a pretty sociable household and tend to spend a lot of time hanging out in the living room rather than hiding away in our rooms. We also love a pub trip (a few good ones close by).

The flat:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The available room is on the main floor, where you’ll effectively have your own shower/bathroom downstairs. Me and Dylan are both upstairs and share the bathroom up there, so the downstairs space is mostly yours.

We’re ideally looking for someone easy going who’d enjoy being part of the flat rather than just spending time in their room.
