We are 2 flatmates ( 2 guys ) looking for a 3rd person to join our shared flat in Pimlico;

We are professionals with busy lives/schedules who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and ideally we want someone mature, over 25 y/o, respectful with common spaces and tidy.

NOT couples.

We keep the house like our home, we have plants and flat is well kept. Kitchen fully equipped. Separate bathroom from toilet.


A new beautiful ottoman bed( please view photo) , mattress and armchair will be in the room ready for the new tenant.
The room window faces a non traffic square, which is very quiet. It’s a very big room with big wardrobe.

*£1150 per month, bills not included:
*Hot water and heating included and paid by landlord.
*Electricity is a top up system

*Council tax and water is around £45 per month
We don’t have broadband but we are open to have it.

7 minutes walk to Pimlico station,
15 minutes walk to Sloane Square station. 10 minutes walk to Battersea power station.
