Equidistant between Exmouth Market and Angel

A first floor , apartment room (4m x 5m) overlooking the rather lovely Georgian Myddelton Square. Good bed, Big sofa, desk, etc.

Sunny eat in kitchen overlooking garden with washing machine and shared bathroom with bath/ shower and shared south facing garden.

I'm very open minded, more radio 4 than banging music and usually away at least one or two weekends a month, or if not away with work, out and about.

Looking for someone similarly independent, tidy and with a friendly demeanour, who may like to share meals or a glass or two, every now and again.

Short term lets are fine, too.
