# Large Double Room in Central Waterloo (Zone 1) – Quiet Flat Share
Due to an unexpected and urgent change in my personal circumstances, I'm unfortunately having to move out much sooner than planned. I've genuinely enjoyed living here and wouldn't be leaving if my situation hadn't changed. It's a great flat in an excellent central location, so I'm looking to help find someone to take over my room.
I'm looking for one person only (no couples) to take over my room in this flat in the heart of Waterloo (from the 29th of July). Ideally, you'll be a working professional, although the landlord would also consider postgraduate and overseas students.
The landlord spends most of his time staying with his girlfriend, so in practice you'll usually have the flat largely to yourself. However, family members occasionally stay in his room when they're working in London or visiting friends.
This is an ideal option for someone looking for a quiet, low-occupancy home rather than a busy, crowded house share. The maximum occupancy of the flat will only ever be two people.
