I’m a 23-year-old Master’s student starting the MArch at Central Saint Martins (UAL) this September, and I’m looking for another UAL Master’s student to share my flat for the next 1–2 years (and potentially beyond after graduation).

A bit about me: I love cooking and baking (there’s usually a fresh sourdough loaf in the house!), going to the gym, and spending time with friends. I’m sociable but also appreciate a calm, tidy home where we can both focus on our studies. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, and looking for a longer-term place to call home.

The flat is a duplex occupying the top two floors of a Grade II listed building in Somers Town, just a 5 minute walk from St Pancras and Euston stations and around 10 minutes from the CSM campus.

The flat is currently undergoing renovations, including a completely modernised bathroom, with all works due to be finished in August (so let me know if you have any colour preferences for your room 😊).

The shared spaces include a fully furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs WC, hallway, landing, and your bedroom. The room will be fully furnished with an ottoman storage bed, desk and chair, full-height wardrobes, and a mirror. It will also be completely redecorated, with the current built-in wardrobe removed and the layout reconfigured to create a more spacious room.

I’ve attached the original listing photos for now which give a good idea of the layout, although the flat will look much better once the renovations are complete! 🤞🫠

Rent is £1,500 per calendar month, with all bills included (water, electricity, internet, and building service charges). The flat will be fully furnished and equipped, so there’s no need to bring furniture, appliances, or kitchenware unless you’d like to.
