After an amazing year I’m moving out of this gorgeous home so my double bedroom is becoming available as of the start of September (some flexibility on date) !! 🏡

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen (which comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), a super spacious open plan living room and dining room area, and a super cute little garden area 🌱💗

You’ll be taking the biggest room in the house 😎 which comes fully furnished including a double bed and built in wardrobes. Rent is £1150 pcm (+ bills which are ~£150). Council tax band is F.

Only ~10 min walk to both Elephant and Castle and Lambeth North tube stations as well as lots of bus routes running nearby so super well connected, you’ll also be only a ~7 min walk from Sainsbury’s and be in an area with lots of lovely cafes and pubs to explore !! 🍵✨

You’ll be living with two absolutely lovely girls, Jennie (23) and Kalila (23), who work in consulting and financial services respectively. We’re looking ideally for a working female aged 22-28 who is tidy, sociable, and easy-going. For the time being we’re also looking after Kalila’s family cat Alfie (4) so no cat haters allowed !! 😽😽
