Beautiful 3-Bed House Shared by Just 2 | London Bridge
A beautiful four-storey home in the heart of London Bridge, shared by just two people.
I’m looking for one lovely, considerate housemate to share my home, a spacious, fully furnished, three-bedroom house in SE1, just a short walk from Borough Market, London Bridge and the South Bank.
This isn’t your typical London flatshare. Rather than sharing a cramped flat with several people, you’ll be living in a proper house with plenty of space, privacy and character, with just the two of us.
The house
Spread across four floors, the house offers:
* Three double bedrooms, with one used as an occasional guest room
* Two bathrooms
* A comfortable, fully furnished living room
* A well-equipped kitchen with a professional-style espresso machine, coffee grinder and air fryer
* A great sound system with a turntable for vinyl lovers
* A private terrace
* A patio with space to store a bicycle
* Plenty of room to relax, work and enjoy everyday life
The third bedroom is reserved for occasional guests, so there won’t be another permanent housemate moving in.
It’s a home I’ve genuinely enjoyed creating and living in. Whether it’s making a proper morning espresso, listening to records, cooking or simply relaxing, there’s plenty to enjoy.
The location
The house is in one of my favourite parts of London, between London Bridge and Borough Market.
It’s a brilliant neighbourhood, full of independent cafés, restaurants, galleries, markets and interesting little streets. The Thames, Tate Modern and South Bank are all within walking distance.
You’re right in the middle of London, but the house itself feels like a proper home.
Who you’ll be sharing with
I’m a creative brand strategist and the founder of a London-based branding agency. I work from home and enjoy photography, design, art, good food, music, travel and discovering new places.
I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy good conversations, but I also appreciate personal space and independence.
I love this house and the neighbourhood, and I’d really like to continue living here with someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
Who I’m looking for
Ideally, someone friendly, considerate, clean and independent who appreciates a comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
I’d love to find someone with whom sharing a house feels natural. Someone who’s happy to have a chat, occasionally share a glass of wine or listen to some music, but equally comfortable doing their own thing.
The most important thing is mutual respect, good communication and a relaxed atmosphere.
The arrangement
There will be just two of us living permanently in the entire three-bedroom house.
You’ll have your own furnished double bedroom and access to the shared living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor areas.
The third bedroom will remain available for occasional guests.
If you’re looking for a spacious, characterful home in central London, without the feeling of a conventional flatshare, this could be a great fit.
Send me a little introduction about yourself, what you do and what you’re looking for in a home. I’d be happy to arrange a viewing.
