We're looking for someone to take over the room around late August, with 1 September being the latest possible move-in date. We'll be able to confirm the exact date by the end of this week.

Bills aren't included and are split between the tenants, averaging around £120 per month. This covers gas, electricity, water, fibre optic internet, and council tax.
