Large Double Bedroom AVAILABLE NOW as a SHORT TERM LET till February 2027, in the heart of Kennington, and south central London. Open to a 2 month or 3 month let. Situated on a lovely quiet residential road, with a primary school nearby.

The master bedroom has been taken up last week by a lovely girl, mid 20s, studying her masters in Central London.

Have mostly had female lodgers and they have always felt safe in the area. Beautiful walking paths, with the river Thames/Southbank area only 12-15min walk away. Lime bikes everywhere so easy to get around without the need for the bus.

Kennington Station (northern line) is a 6-7 minute walk away, local corner shop and Tesco is 1-2mins, Elephant and castle and/or Waterloo Station is a 12-14 minute walk away, and 10-15min bus ride to Brixton.

BEDROOM:
Large double bed with ample amounts of storage space, including a walk in wardrobe, ad a desk. Room is well insulated with laminated flooring throughout the flat, and new blackout curtains. Current tenant is a lovely Dutch girl who has been there since the start of the year and works in high end hospitality.

REST OF FLAT:
- 1 master bedroom next door, and then a small single sized bedroom which is infrequently occupied.
- Kitchen has had a new kitchen top put in, new flooring, and new tap
- you have ample cupboard space to use in the kitchen
- 2 Fridge freezers in the kitchen so plenty space for groceries
- Huge living room space with dining table, and brand new sofas
- new bigger TV will be installed shortly
- Bathroom was newly built 1 year ago, with lots of storage for everyone's personal toiletries

FLAT DYNAMICS:
The double bedroom has been occupied by a lovely Dutch girl in her mid/late 20s, and has had no complaints, only great experiences. She works in high end hospitality and travels to Holborn. She loves how accessible the location is, and is a big music/festival goer. My cousin who is late 20s visits the flat infrequently on average 2-3 times a week, and is mainly there to do WFH activities as he works as a project manager in the city. If he stays he uses the single bedroom. I myself visit on average 3 times a month and maybe stay over once a month. We all are all foodies, love to play tennis and padel, and are frequent gym goers. We make an effort to keep the place tidy, and enjoy each other's cooking from time to time.

In short, 80% of the time you will have the flat to yourself or sharing with the other New Zealand girl. Looking for someone who appreciates a homely feel, keeps tidy, and is happy to socialise here and there. Lots of pubs/bars nearby if that's your thing. If you play racquet sports that's an added bonus :).

You can invite guests to the flat infrequently, but this must be communicated in advance. This is not a party flat, as there are young kids next door and the neighbours will complain.
