My current flatmate, whom I have happily shared with for many years is moving out to buy a flat of their own, hence the room is available. You would be sharing with one male (me) .  I work in Music production, sound design & audio restoration. My work tends to crossover into my spare time, but I am very sociable, and enjoy watching boxsets/films, writing, reading, chatting, concerts. I am a calm, good natured and considerate person and would likely get along with a likeminded person.  

The building is located on a peaceful side street in Clerkenwell, 5 minutes’ walk from Farringdon station and close to various supermarkets and amenities.  The flat is spacious with natural light, spread across two levels, has plenty of storage, access to an outside terrace and is full of classic features.  

  -       The flat contains a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom and is fully furnished to a high standard.  
 
-       The Bedroom contains a double bed, desk and storage units. 
 
-       The flat has recently been decorated (new carpets, paint, dishwasher , washing machine & new items of furniture)

-       A cleaner visits twice monthly to clean the communal areas.

-       The utility bills/internet/TV licence/council tax/etc cost £ 150.00 per month.
 
-       Please note, that the flat shares its entrance with the Landlords Art/Design business below (with whom we have a great relationship).
 
This is not a party place, it’s more of an oasis of calm in the city. I am not looking for someone who likes to party constantly or have people stay over all the time. This is a stable, friendly and calm environment and would likely suit a professional or mature student. This is a home, not just a place to live (I have lived here over a decade). I am looking for someone to move in on a longer term basis, rather than a short term let.
