A spacious double bedroom is available in my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in the heart of Pimlico for a one-month stay from 13 July to 12 August.
The room is bright and generously sized, with large built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage. It's furnished with a king-size bed and bedside tables, and benefits from its own en suite bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and toilet.
The flat has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace, and lots of natural light throughout. It's located in a secure, well-maintained gated development with porter service.
The location is fantastic:
- 2-minute walk to Pimlico Station (Victoria line)
- Under 10 minutes to Victoria and Oxford Circus
- Walking distance to Battersea Park, St James's Park and the River Thames
- Surrounded by great cafés, pubs, restaurants and local shops
- Quiet, safe neighbourhood while still being right in central London
A little about me: I'm a professional working full-time and enjoy keeping the flat clean, tidy and relaxed. During the week I'm fairly busy, but I enjoy cooking, exploring London, travelling and catching up with friends. I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy the flat and treat it like a home during their stay.
The room is available 13 July – 12 August for £1300 for the month. Bills are included.
