Hi guys,

I’m Iga, I’m a Pilates instructor and a studio manager and am looking for a new flatmate to take over my flatmate's room as she's moving out on the 20th July.

It’s a two bedroom flat in Elephant and Castle for £1115 per month, bills not included. We're in a council tax band E.

Bills:
water : £60 (£30 each)
wifi : £28 (£14 each)
electricity and gas : £60 - £100 (changes depending on season
council tax : £240 (£120 each)

I’m rather a homebody and enjoy my space as I work a lot but would definitely love to become friends with my flatmate and go out for coffee or catch up over dinner and wine!
