Looking to rent the room in my bungalow, 1 bedroom available and would be myself and the occupant only, not like this shared accommodation houses.

Located in a quiet village, 10 minutes drive from the centre of Kings lynn and easy to bike, also ferry runs into centre of kings lynn.

Bungalow is nice and tidy, in a well maintained condition. Nice sized double room. Nice size garden with seating area. Also a garage if you need to store anything in.

Im looking for someone respectful, that works, is clean and tidy and looks after the furniture in the house and someone that would treat it as their own home.

I’m polite and friendly, want the person to feel as though it’s their home and can use all parts of the property as if it was their own.

The house has wifi, sky tv in the living room. Drive way and room to park car. Shop 2 minutes walk.
