Hi there :) We have one lovely single room available for £590pm (bills excluded, council tax band is E) at our fab professional house share on Tolworth Road, Surbiton. A short bus ride or walk from Surbiton Station, and a 20-30 minute commute from Waterloo Station.

Our house has two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. We have a fully equipped laundry room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. In our kitchen is a breakfast bar and lots of modern appliances that we are happy to share with you! We have a good sized garden at the back as well as a driveway at the front.
