I have a double room for a mature individual at least 25 years old looking for a quiet home, available around the end of October (subject to completion of works in the house).
If you are interested, and you fit the criteria, do reply with more than, “when can I see your room”, because I do need to know something about you before meeting you.
Dogs considered, but please note, there is a large and friendly dog which visits occasionally, and he isn’t fond of cats.
The room has been refurbished and redecorated (since photo was taken); wooden floors, new double glazing, a new double storage bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, easy chair, desk and office chair (if required).
The house is warm, quiet and well appointed - very high-speed cable internet; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer; microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer.
There is a wonderful garden and terrace (someone who loves gardening would be very welcome!).
On a very quiet side road, a few minutes walk from Chessington South station direct to Waterloo, and 2 minutes from excellent 71 bus serving Surbiton, Kingston University and Kingston town centre. Also buses to Epsom.
Off-road parking at front, large private sunny garden and terrace to rear.
Would suit quiet, mature student or professional, partly or mostly working from home.
Landlady is in residence. Pets considered - but not if they are to be regularly left alone at home.
High-speed cable internet, bedlinen, towels, household cleaning etc materials and all bills included.
Non-smokers only.
Reference/s essential, and will be taken up.
