My flatmate s moving out and I am looking for someone to take over his room. The room is available now, but the move in date can be flexible if you would like to postpone it slightly.

It's a very spacious double with an en-suite shower, in excellent condition. The room can come with a bed frame and the brown chest of drawers shown in the pictures, but can also come unfurnished if you would prefer.

There is loads of storage space in the flat as well, a back garden for the whole apartment building, and one off-street parking space allocated to us round the back.

The flat is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking distance from Surbiton town centre with loads of bus stops and stores. The flat is also a 10 minute walk from Surbiton railway station, with fast trains to London city centre.

The rent for the room is £690 a month, which includes water. Other monthly bills are approximately:

£20 for electricity and gas
£15 for internet
£125 for council tax (over 10 instalments).

So overall, it's £830 over 12 months. It's a warm/cozy flat, in very good condition, so no unexpected issues arise.

A little bit about myself:

I like meeting new people, going out for drinks now and then, and love going to concerts and talking music.

My flat mates must be clean and tidy, otherwise I don’t mind either keeping to myself or hanging out for a coffee or drink.

My work will require me to be away a lot, especially during the summer months, so you'll have the whole flat to yourself. However when I’m home I like to have a quiet place to spend my evenings in.
