You will be living together with the landlord only, who travels a lot. So most of the time, you will be able to enjoy the whole flat with the price of a studio.

The prices for the en-suite room and the double-room are £850 and £750, respectively. I am flexible with your choice (if you choose double-room, I will live in the en-suite room, and vice versa).

The location is North Kingston area, close to Sainsbury Supermarket, Thames river (Canbury Garden) and Kingston station (within 10 mins walk to the station).
