We are looking for a housemate to share this property with. The room is on the top floor and comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, storage and a desk. It comes with a shared bathroom, garden and living room/kitchen. On top of that, we have two washing machines and a dryer. We're a friendly group and are looking forward to meeting someone to care for this house with.

The house is 10 minutes away from Kingston University's Penrhyn Campus and 5 minutes from Knights Park Campus, so it's perfect for any student looking for a place nearby.

We are also situated 10 minutes from Kingston, Asda and Lidl, with a bus stop directly outside our house taking us to both Surbiton Station and Kingston Station.
