We are currently renting a 6-bed house in between Kingston and Surbiton (KT5) within walking distance from Knights Park, Penrhyn and town! Our current 6th housemate is graduating this year so we need to replace them asap!

The contract runs July 2026-27 and the house is 6 double rooms with 2 bathrooms, a living room, a spacious garden and parking.
