I am a student at Kingston University who is taking a year out, and so my room is available! The four bedroom flat is in the KT1 area, a 5 minute walk from the Penrhyn campus and 10 minute walk from KSA. The flat is clean, newly refurbished, has a small garden area, kitchen, lounge/dining area, washing machine, one full three-piece bathroom and one separate toilet. My room is a light, airy, cleverly laid out double that maximises space and looks out onto the garden. In terms of current occupants, there are two girls (both art students) and one guy.
