Hi my name is kaosi, my flatmate and I are urgently looking for 3 housemates for our 5 bed house, in KT2! We’re all female pharmacy students going into our 3rd year at Kingston university, but open to anyone. We live 10 minutes from town and Kingston Station, and a 20 minute walk from Penrhyn.
Rent is £700 a month with bills not included, but around £50 extra including Wi-Fi, electricity, and water.
Available to move in immediately and spans up to 52 weeks. Three rooms includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and tons of storage space. With two toilets and one shower. 3 Floor house contains private garden and parking.
