Hello everyone I have to leave this wonderful room which is located on the 4th floor of a 10 bed cluster ensuite flat (every room has its own bathroom) of a brand new building (opened in September 2017) in New Malden. The flatmates are all students and all are very nice and friendly, there a lot of parties and events like movie nights taking place in a regular basis so it will be definitely a nice place to spend your time.

The building is 10 minutes on foot from New Malden and 7 minutes by bus from Kingston Upon Thames. There is also a bus stop just outside of the building. 1 minute from the building there is a big Aldi Store to buy your groceries.

The room is 13 square meters and has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen which is just across the room is shared but huge and has two ovens two microwaves and two fridges, all brand new.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, Internet speed is 100mbps. There is also a big common room on the ground floor containing a huge tv screen video games and arcade games plus a patio outside of the common room. The gym which is also on the ground floor has everything you need if you are keen on working out.
