We are renting out our lovely second bedroom.

You’d be living with my partner (Freddie) and I (Jemima). We are both 31 and professionals (Headhunter/Lawyer). We both work hybrid- we tend to be in the office Tuesday- Thursday.

We’re very friendly and relaxed. We have made the flat homely and would hope our new tenant to feel like this is a home as well. We are both quite sociable people but equally love nights in. We are keen cooks, love exploring the area and relaxing with a good box set.

The flat has two bedrooms (we have the Master bedroom) and is on the ground floor. It’s lovely, modern and spacious and has an open plan kitchen and living area that is the heart of the flat, with a built-in breakfast bar and stools included, with the option to use the breakfast bar to work from home if needed.

Transport
We have excellent transport links close by. The flat is a 6-7 minute walk away from Surbiton station where fast trains go frequently into London Waterloo. There are also stopping trains into Waterloo via Wimbledon, Earlsfield ,Clapham Junction and Vauxhall.
There is a bus stop directly outside the property, going to either Kingston or Hook. The bus stop that is a 5 minute walk away is located at the end of our road and is on the 281, 406 and 418 bus routes.
Surbiton High Street is a 10 minute walk from the flat and has a plethora of shops, pubs and supermarkets. Surbiton station is just off the main high street and has a Sainsburys Local and small cafe. There is also a large Sainsburys 5 minutes walk down the high street and a large Waitrose, both with free on-site parking.
