I am a student at Kingston University wanting to end my tenancy at iQ student Accommodation to live in a flat setting with friends.

You will be sharing the kitchen with 6 other people who are all very nice and there is a cluster group on whatsapp for coordination. The cluster is a hallway that has doors to 9 different rooms one of which is the kitchen. The privacy is top notch priority for all the cluster-mates.

Located on eden street, iQ student accommodation is in the heart of the city centre. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. There are several bus stops located in 1-5 minute walking distances. Grocery stores such as Waitrose, sainsbury’s and tesco are at 1-5 minute walking distance. iQ Kingston is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and beautiful coffee houses.

The management at iQ kingston is really hospitable and understanding. I am ready to give my room anytime now. Overall, I love the place and the facilities available at iQ kingston.
