Looking for a Fourth Female Housemate!

Hey everyone!

We are a house of 3 international girls, looking for a roommate and a friend. We are professionals working full- and part-time in London/Surrey, here’s a bit about our place and what we're looking for:

About the House:
• Location: Kingston upon Thames
The house is a 10 min walk from Kingston and Norbiton Station, and 10 minutes by bus from Surbiton station (direct 25mins trains to Waterloo).
• Common Areas: The house is semi-detached with a garden, 4 bedrooms, 3 floors and 3 bathrooms. It has a kitchen, a dining room and a shared living room.
• Room: Spacious furnished double bedroom on the ground floor. There will also be a single bathroom on the ground floor which will be yours (only really used if a guest comes over).
• Rent: Rent will be £670. Bills are usually £110 each a month on top of rent - this includes council tax (we are band D), electricity, water and broadband.
• Amenities: House comes fully furnished – fully equipped kitchen, washer, TV (with all streaming services) etc.

About Us:
• We're three easy-going, friendly, and respectful girls aged 25-27.
• We are all international (Italy, India and South Africa).
• We enjoy: Day trips, picnics, a few sundowner drinks on the riverside, pub quizzes, baking, but also enjoy staying in for a good movie night!
• We keep common areas tidy and value open communication.

About You:
• Female preferably around our age (25-28 preferred).
• Clean, considerate, and responsible.
• Looking for a friendly and respectful living environment. We’d like our new flatmate to be someone interested in forming a friendship, so if you enjoy doing all the above, then please reach out!
• Preferences: Non-smokers, love plants. This is also unfortunately a no pets allowed house.
