The property is situated in between the two uni’s and is easy walking distance to central shops and station.
The room is on the second floor (adjacent to another room which is being rented) and is very private. On the landing outside you have your own fridge and microwave.
I live on first floor as does my niece.
You can use absolutely anything you like in the kitchen (inc. fridge/freezer).
It is important that you like/don’t mind pets as l have two small dogs and a cat. My dogs are very territorial so will bark when you arrive but they are very friendly and will soon get to know you..
