I've lived here for 10 years and loved living in this house but have decided to move back to be closer to family. 

The room is spacious, with a king size bed in it. The house is made up of 2 people for the moment. A psychotherapist, big in to health and fitness and makes the world's best lasagne! The other has one of those jobs that nobody understands, has just started his own health kick and likes to game when he's got time. We're all pretty busy and tend to do our own thing most of the time but like getting together for dinner every now and again.

The house is on a leafy street, a 10 minute walk from Norbiton Station with a bus stop 3 minutes walk and only 5-10 minutes in to Kingston. 

The house would suit someone who's laid back, tidy, and a professional. The flatmates are both early risers. I'm not. It's never caused any issues but the house would suit someone who's respectful. 

It obviously a steal at the price.
