One of our housemates is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill in and join us in our sociable and fun environment in Kingston.

The house is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kingston. It is in between Kingston and Norbiton stations, with easy access via train into Central London.

There is a large double room to rent available from 10th September 2026, on the ground floor with patio doors to the garden. The rent is £575 pcm, and bills are generally around £150 pcm - this includes council tax, utilities, TV (all Sky TV channels) and broadband.

The house is very spacious with a large front room, good sized kitchen and decent sized garden.
