Approx. 30 minutes’ walk to Kingston Hospital, 5 minutes’ walk to two parks ,15-20 minutes’ walk to Kingston town centre ,20-25 minutes' walk to Surbiton town centre, 5 minutes on bus to Surbiton station and 5 minutes walk from a Co-op store.

You'll also be sharing the home with a lovely dog, so being comfortable living with a pet is essential 😉
