Shared area includes spacious sitting room with dining table, sofa, TV with Sky, Netflix, Prime and very fast Sky broadband. Good size fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage throughout the property.

Flat is allocated right inside Kingston town centre by the riverside. Nice and safe neighbourhood. It’s close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema etc. Few gyms available by short walk 3-15min; PureGym, Anytime fitness, The Gym, David Lloyd, Nuffield Health and others.

Kingston station is 7min walk with frequent trains to London Waterloo (30min), bus stops 4min walk. Kingston is TFL London Zone 6.
