Hello, I am looking for a lodger to rent a single room that comes with a private bathroom in my home in Worcester Park close to New Malden, Kingston, Sutton, Morden & Wimbledon - 12 minute walk from Worcester Park station or a 5 minute walk to the shops & the 213 bus stop & express SL7 to Heathrow via Kingston & Teddington.

The room contains a single bed, wardrobe with chest of drawers, desk, chair, under the table fridge & kettle but you may also have use of my kitchen as long as you’re happy to clean up after yourself. £170 per week including bills & internet.

There is also space for a car if you have one on my double driveway and you are welcome to enjoy the garden but I do keep my living room for my own private use.

Preferably short term let up to 6 months. If looking for a longer let, the price may need to be slightly higher to cover the 25% additional council tax.

If you are only looking for Monday - Friday lodging only, then the price could be brought down and adjusted accordingly.

Just to let you know that I have some mobility difficulties at the moment due to recovering from knee replacement surgery in November but otherwise I am a very young 80 year old. I am of Indian heritage but I have lived in the UK for almost 60 years.

No smokers please as I have asthma, thank you.
