The room is available from April 17th and you will be sharing the flat with two absolutely lovely girls, Charlotte and Tash!

Charlotte is 20, and Tash is 26 and they both work in hospitality. They are the easiest people to get along with and are so respectful of each other’s space and schedules.

Ideal flatmate would be 19-26, respect, clean and just generally easy to get along with!

The flat is in a super convenient location with a bus stop literally right outside with multiple bus routes passing through it and it’s only less than 10 minutes on the bus to Surbiton Station and takes under 20 minutes on the bus to get into Kingston!

A little information:
- Current rent is £580pm without bills (there is a chance for a slight increase in this)
- All electricity and hot water is paid for theough a pound coin machine which makes it so much cheaper and is so convenient
- Shared living room and bathroom
- Room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe with attached mirrors and 2 small sets of drawers
- Guests are absolutely not a problem at all
