5 bedroom detached family home with secure garden, with father, mother, young adult daughter and son (both away at University during term time) and family dogs (two spaniel dogs).

We are looking for a student studying at a local University. We will only consider someone who is a student at either Kingston University, Roehampton University or St. Mary's University. We will not consider anyone who is not currently a student. Recent students who have now graduated will also not be considered.
Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria and can prove your student status.

We are looking for a student lodger who wishes to only stay for the summer, i. e. from now to 8th September 2024.

The room is for a non-smoker, so would not be suitable for a smoker even if they refrained from smoking in the room/house.

This is a family home, and so we do not allow visitors or guests. In addition, the family work so we expect the lodger to be quiet between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am.

This room is currently unoccupied.

We are only accepting interest from potential lodgers who are in a position to visit in person. We do not offer video meetings or visits from guardians or representatives. The room is only secured when the deposit is taken.
