Furnished, double room available in friendly, recently renovated detached house in North Kingston.
In the room there will be a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. If you would like a desk I can put one in the room.
A bit about me. I’m easy going and relaxed.
I love the theatre and am a member of the Nuffield gym just a few minutes walk away.
I enjoy watching a good box set, gardening, cooking and catching up with friends and family at weekends.
The house is in a great location:
- less than 5 minutes walk to the river and Canbury Park Gardens with the Boaters Inn pub
- approx 7 minutes walk from Kingston train station - direct train to London Waterloo
- 24 hour bus stop (no 65) at the end of the road, with buses going to Richmond (10 mins) and Kingston
- 5 mins walk to Nuffield gym and Sainsbury’s
- close to Richmond Park
A bit about the house
