A bright double bedroom. You will have your own shower room and toilet but it is on the lower floor of the house not next to bedroom.
Shared kitchen but own cupboards and fridge freezer. All utensils, pots and crockery provided. Dishwasher, microwave and usual white goods shared.
Less than 5 minutes stroll from Marine Gatty and the beach. 15 to 20 min walk into town or a bus takes 5 min.
I am beside where the new Albany Park student accommodation will be built but do not know starting date. Shed in garden for bike or surf boards as across road from beach.
A quiet relaxed house. I have lived most of my life sharing accommodation so expect shared respect for each other and privacy in own rooms.
I occasionally dog sit friends dogs and intend getting my own dog in the near future, so lodger must be confident with dogs as not confined to one room. Dog care not required from lodger. I would consider a lodger with a mature dog as long as friendly to other dogs.
I would like a professional person or post grad student. I will consider a mature in outlook third/fourth year student. Room is for one person. No smokers. Any gender identification welcome.
I was a nurse but took early retirement. Past and present lodgers happy to talk to short listed applicants.
