Currently occupying a two bedroom flat in the Duloch area of Dunfermline. Very close to the M90 to Edinburgh and the A90 to Perth/Dundee. There is a bus stop right outside the flat (on either sides) which will take you in to the city centre or out towards Edinburgh / Perth / Glasgow.

The flat is on the top floor so there are quite a few stairs and no lift.

My spare room currently bodes a single bed but can fit a double bed in (I just didn’t) also has a fairly large built- in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a set of drawers.

I have a spacious kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and living-room area which will be shared by us both.

I do have a spaniel dog who lives with me - he comes to work with me during the day so will never be left alone in the flat. He is very well behaved and rarely barks but it’s important you like dogs!

Bills include gas/electric (utilita) broadband/tv (sky) council tax (band c). Costs can be discussed on visit.

I work long shifts, five days a week so basically come home to eat and sleep and I’m off at weekends.

I’m pretty tidy, super laid back and looking for someone of similar interests. Not really keen on someone who is looking for a party flat or to have people over all the time.

With costs rising monthly and combined usage of gas/electric we may need to revisit bills in the future but everything will be discussed.

I haven’t lived here super long so I do have bits and bobs that I still need to buy / paint. You are free to bring anything you want with you for your room etc and I’m open to discussing decor if you’d like to change anything :)
