I have 2 double rooms on the second level of my quiet cottage in cupar. A bath and separate shower cubicle is adjacent . This is a medium/ long term let .The patio is astroturfed . Off street parking Shared kitchen and dining area downstairs . Your room has kettle and microwave plus tv/iron and board
. All bedding, towels and a range of kitchen equipment, washing machine , freezer and fridge space/food drawers, cups and crockery. Use
of kitchen and dining area . Good Internet access.
1 room is available from 6th January 2027 .the second on 6th January 2027. One room is also available from Sunday after 3 pm till Friday 3 pm ( for workers mainly) this is £100 per week.
My son stays with me fortnightly at weekends so guests need to people who can relate with 13 yr olds so he doesn’t feel at all uncomfortable. Thanks.
