This lovely en-suite double room is in a bungalow in the Pitcairn area of North Glenrothes. It's my wife's home and I'm acting as her agent.

She's working away from home a lot just now and will be for the foreseeable future so we though it best to keep her bungalow occupied and renting the bedrooms to lodgers seems the best solution.

The lounge is available for common use when she's not there, but she'll be home a few days every week and use the lounge as her private room. When she's home the lounge will not be available to lodgers. We also request that when the lounge is available for common use, that due respect is given to her private space.

This room also has patio-doors leading directly to the rear decking.

This is a non-smoking property and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or garden.

Any requirements or requests can be discussed and we'll do our best to accommodate.
