The property is a large modern detached house in Kinross-shire, 1 mile from Milnathort and a 5 minute drive to Kinross Park and Ride where there are frequent buses direct to Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. Council tax wifi and utilities are included.

Both bedrooms are on the upper floor along with their own living room and kitchen, and access to a balcony. I have a separate living and kitchen are on the ground floor.

Outside is a large garden and driveway and fine walks around the countryside.

I work partly from home and in Edinburgh where I manage flats for a private landlord. I also operate an off grid woodland cabin as a seasonal holiday let.

I'm sociable, though not compulsively, and don't have any particular preferences for lodgers, other than they be considerate and conscientious.
