Hi everyone, I'm looking for a new roommate out in the St Andrews harbor starting early December. Rent is £900pcm, and some bills totaling ~£60pcm depending on time of year. The flat is in a nice spot, you'll have a personal balcony facing the cathedral ruins and we have a communal one on the other side facing east sands. I'm a post grad hoping to find another clean/tidy post grad interested in socializing and the occasional movie night. Let me know if that sounds fun to you!
