Urgently looking for someone to replace me in a 3-bed student flat share.
The room is £800 per month, and total bills are £45 per month.

The room comes with single bed, mattress, bedside cabinet, bookcase, small desk and wardrobe. I will be leaving my curtains as well.

The room isn't huge, though I've arranged the furniture to try and make the most of the space, and I have managed to get a lot in it. The view out the window is lovely too.

The house has a large shared kitchen/dining space, with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher; living room; family bathroom with bath and power shower; downstairs WC; and a large shared garden with washing line.

The flat is queer friendly, and open to anyone :)

The room is available from 01/02 - I have moved out and deep cleaned the room, so it really is available immediately!
