A spacious double bedroom with lots of storage available in a fully furnished house. The room currently has a super king-size bed (two single mattresses), but this can be changed to a double bed if more space is preferred.

The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared areas, so it’s essential that the person renting the room is very clean and tidy. This is a must — I’m looking for someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces neat and respectful.

You’ll be living with me (a young professional). My partner occasionally stays, as we split our time between two flats. The house is calm, friendly, and well looked after.
