We have rooms available for contractors working in the area (not permanent home ) I am a live out landlord the house is in a .quiet location, close to local shops, pubs and gyms , fully furnished , WIFI, fitted kitchen with washer, cooker fridge freezer etc, parking available outside property , all bills cleaning and bedding is inc in price,, this house is 1 and half miles from ferrybridge power station, 5 miles from egg borough power and 11 miles from drax power, close to junction 30 M62 great motorway link to A1 and M62 , smoking / vaping is only allowed outside the property , !!!! Please note we DO NOT. have facilities to charge electric vehicles /bicycles. The minimum stay is a week , if you require more info feel free to ring me cheers
