Hi. I am looking to rent a room in my cottage. It has ample secure parking behind electric gates, a large garden and patio with countryside views, lounge and conservatory so we would each have our space, broadband, sky, washing machine dryer. The bathroom is a lovely modern, clean bathroom but is shared with myself. The bedroom is a double and has nice space but the wardrobe is not full length and has 4 drawers underneath (please see picture). There is room on top and in the room for boxes. I live there alone and I am looking for someone nice and friendly, but who values personal space and will look after my home like they would their own. I have 2 dogs but they dont live in the house and only come in on the odd occasion I am in in the evening. I would prefer another female but I am open to any considerations.
