The annexe features a comfortable king-size bed, a cosy log-burning stove and its own private bathroom, complete with shower, toilet and washbasin.

There is also a convenient kitchenette area, equipped with a fridge, kettle and toaster, along with essential kitchen items including plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. This provides everything needed for preparing drinks, breakfast and light refreshments.

Privacy & Access

The annexe benefits from its own private external entrance, accessed via a separate walkway through a side gate from the main driveway. This allows guests to come and go independently without needing to enter the main house.

The property also benefits from secure electric entrance gates, with EV charging available at an additional cost.

We’re also very happy for someone to leave their personal belongings in the annexe over weekends, allowing them to use it as a regular base throughout the working week.

There’s no need to pack everything up each Friday — simply leave your belongings in place and return to your home away from home the following week.

Should you occasionally require accommodation over a weekend, we’re happy to be flexible and consider this on a case-by-case basis.

The annexe offers an excellent combination of privacy, comfort and convenience, with the benefit of a peaceful countryside location while remaining close to major employment centres and transport links.
